If you created it using Facebook, make sure you are trying to log in again using Facebook, etc). (If you created it using email and password, use email and password. To get back to your original account make sure you are logging in using the same log in method that you used when you first created your account. Oops! It looks like somewhere along the way you created a duplicate account and you are logging in to the duplicate account and not your original Anchor account. When I log into my account I'm brought to a blank account. You'll just need to confirm by clicking " Yes, delete my account". To delete your Anchor account you can click here while logged into your account. If you think this might be the case, contact us so we can help you get back in. It could also be that you email address is misspelled in our system so you are not receiving the email. If you haven't received the email it could be that you inserted the incorrect email address into the password reset page and your Anchor account is actually linked to Anchor email address. I sent myself a password reset email but I haven't received the email. You can send yourself a password reset email by clicking "Forgot password?" from the bottom of the login page on your mobile device or from Anchor.fm.
